Why did I get a "Connection lost. Reconnecting. Please Wait" error?

We're not sure what causes this error message. When this happens you typically are kicked out of the game and must log back in to play. We apologize for this frustration. If you get the error message "Connection lost. Reconnecting. Please Wait" please let us know the following...

* What was the last thing that you were doing?
* What type of internet connection do you have? Cable? DSL? Wireless?
* Do you have a firewall?
* Are you running any anti-virus software?
* What type of computer do you have? Processor? Ram?
* What operating system are you using? Windows XP? Vista? OSX?

Please be sure that you are getting the error message "Connection lost. Reconnecting. Please Wait" and not Internet Connection Lost. The lost error message means there was trouble communicating with the game servers, which can happen if there's a momentary loss of internet service. The Connection lost error is something altogether different.
